One of former President Donald Trump’s co-defendants in the sprawling Georgia election RICO case may have violated the terms of her bond after appearing to threaten a witness in the case, legal experts say.
Trevian Kutti, a former publicist for Kanye West who was charged in the case for allegedly pressuring election worker Ruby Freeman to admit to baseless fraud allegations, appeared to threaten Freeman in a potential violation of her bond agreement during an Instagram Live session flagged by the liberal outlet Medias Touch.
“There’s a woman sitting somewhere who knows that I’m going to fuck her whole life up when this is done.”

If you get arrested for intimidating witnesses, should bail be an option? I know judges consider flight risk when making those determinations, but what about trial-tampering risk? Does that even figure into the bail or jail equation?

And yet, Trump walks free. I don’t know what is more disgusting. The fact that man is openly trying to get witnesses, judges and jurors harmed, or that nothing is going to be done about it.

Prosecutors, it would be prudent to immediately file charges for “Witness Tampering” because they have been making a mockery of the Entire Criminal Justice system that none of them recognized nor respect since the 1/6 Failed Coup. Criminals only understand consequence’s.
