    Then you report the neighbors and torch their car. Preferably with them in it.

  3. Provide the cat with food and water as best as you can, take it inside with you if you’re able to.

    Tomorrow, you need to call Länsstyrelsen and report the neighbour. They’ll provide you with more practical information with what to do with the cat I’m sure.

  4. Maybe try calling/contacting a local cat rescue there are quite many of them but they are usually local, not sure where you are located. They might be able to help(not sure if they help with rescues but think so) or at least give you some good advice.

  15. If you have a box large enough for the cat, put it near its hiding spot with food and blankets. It might help in getting it out of there so you can take it inside.

  16. You need to contact your local cat rescue groups and ask to borrow a “kattfälla”, a cat trap. Safest way to catch a cat. If you try to catch it and scare it, it might run away somewhere else where you’ll never get it.

  18. I was in a similar situation 2 years ago when i saw a cat outside when it was very cold so I did a lot of research. There are boxes where cats can live in when it is very cold outside. Below 0 Celsius is very dangerous for cats escpecially if it has short fur. I would recommend that you buy liggunderlag (also known as
    sleeping mat) which is used for tenting and camping outside and place it in a box. If the cat lays on that then the cold ground will not reach the cat because the sleeping mat is seperating the coldness of the ground to the cat . I don’t really remember, but i think cartboard boxes are not enough. Also, sometimes there are areas on the ground where the snow has melted more than the other parts of the ground, that can be an indicator that heat from pipes makes it so that the area is not as cold as the other areas nearby. So a sleeping mat, a fortified box with good walls (maybe can buy one at a pet store? like those cat boxes), water, food and placed on a area with melted away snow then the cat will have a better chance at surviving. The worst part is that it can be so cold that a cats fur can freeze on to the ground and then they can’t move because their furr is stuck on the ground so they have no chance. Hope it helps!

  19. There are a few options. Depending on where you are in the country, google city name and cat rescues. Call any of them and explain the situation for more accurate advice. If there are none or you cannot get a hold of them, what you can do if you are able is set up a trap of your own. Get a box, not super heavy but enough to not budge when an angry cat runs around in it and a stick with a long string. Yes like in the cartoons Get wet food or anything that smells good. Hide away in a corner and wait. Pull the string when the cat gets out and voila. Again I know it’s a big commitment and I won’t judge you if you can’t.

    Otherwise get a better nesting box for her, that one won’t keep her warm. Use hay or straw as it will keep it warm once she is inside. Provide her with food and water. I still recommend reporting them to länsstyrelsen and honestly blasting them online.

    The best option for her is getting a hold of a rescue as soon as possible. They have the resources to care for her and her babies

  22. You could also contact local cat shelters and ask for help, sometimes they can loan equipment to catch cats, and maybe someone will be able to assist you
