I do miss Dundee sometimes… it was always entertaining.
Whenever you were bored all you had to do was go for a walk in any direction and within about 15 minutes you’d find something mental happening.
If there’s such a thing as an iconic shitehole, it’s Dundee.
I think the guy is holding a picture of Lorraine Kelly, having a wee wank on the street. While you gotta be pretty tapped to do that in the first place, he is still apologetic to passers by.
The bird must be a fan of Lorraine as she comments on his picture just seconds before he finish’s.
