Hello!
I’m visiting Berlin for 4 months for an Internship and got a gym membership which was monthly.
While I signed up they did not disclose the cancellation notice of two months and it wasn’t mentioned in the contract.
How should I go about this?
I now want to end my membership immediately after hearing their terms.
I would be okay with 1 month notice but this seems shady.

is it actually enforceable?
