swiss chard or bette/blette in french
The reddish one kinda looks like rhubarb
Swiss Chard aka Mangold aka Krautstiel
Those are 3 different plants.
On the right is rhubarb. Dunno about the other 2.
I guess someone was trying to show how they look kind of similar but are quite different.
Capuns assembly leaves
I bought these thinking these are beetroot leaves but apparently, they are not haha
This one is “Côte de bette” (Chard ribs) in Switzerland. Also called simply “Bette” in France.
It’s normally not the first choice for capuns, but can be an alternative if one cannot find the “Bette à tondre” (Swiss Chard). The Swiss chard looks more like spinach, with a white stem, whereas the chard ribs can have green/white/red, as shown in the picture.
