Didn’t the Scottish Government settle their cases with contaminated blood (imported serum made from US blood bought (*not* donated) from junkies, down-and-outs, alcoholics etc) *years* ago?

I’d never have expected the SNP to vote with the Conservatives and against Labour, so perhaps it was really the 22 Tory rebels who voted against the whip that ‘made the difference’?
