Its been a while since workers in Europe have had a continent wide strike. Hope it spread even more.
A simple answer to this will be to move manufacturing to other (non-European?) countries and to, of course, close all Swedish factories.

It’s hard to see this ending with some kind of agreement. It’s a matter of principles for both sides: Musk is vehemently against unions, and the unions absolutely do not want to let Musk set the precedent that collective bargaining is something you can simply opt out of.
Elon Musk treats workers like shit. He overworks people to the extreme, more than most companies. I know many people who quit Tesla due to extreme overwork.
It must be perplexing for American workers to see a greedy company being pressurised and lectured by its own workforce. After all, they’ve been told for generations that unions are dangerous left-wing concepts.

This has to be the weirdest strike I’ve ever seen in my life. Not only workers outside of the company are striking against Tesla, but also workers that are not even in the same country went on strike.
