They’re worried about average, everyday people watching the footage and reporting their findings to the FBI. A lot of the people who have been arrested were arrested because the solution got crowd-sourced, essentially.
Yes, they’re aiding and abetting, but it’s important to recognize that they’re more afraid of ordinary citizens helping out than they are of the DoJ.
