Brought home some lactobacillus bulgaricus starter from my last trip to Bulgaria. Made it into yogurt today; I’m gonna make some delicious айрян with it

  1. You can use that to start another batch of milk. But after a while it will change, because it’s not in Bulgaria, and there are different germs. My parents were doing that when they were abroad. I only do that when I can get milk that’s not processed.
