  1. USA are pussies , that is why Poo-tin has invaded Ukraine

  2. Budapest Memorandum fraud ([https://nationalinterest.org/feature/deceit-dread-and-disbelief-story-how-ukraine-lost-its-nuclear-arsenal-207076](https://nationalinterest.org/feature/deceit-dread-and-disbelief-story-how-ukraine-lost-its-nuclear-arsenal-207076)) – biggest step toward WMD-proliferation that humanity ever did.

2015, Obama’s words “Western sanctions had left Russia isolated and its economy in ruins”, and 2022-2023 years “too little, too late” weapon support, just prove it. And continue to prove every new day.

Although Biden, from the first days of the war, could end this war just in few months (Lend Lease; white list sanctions; en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Emergencies_Act). And Europe could end this war after half of a year (by destroying Crimea Brigade by Taurus, give Ukraine aviation, civilian drones, and so on), they’re deliberately prolonging Ukrainian war.

Partly by lack of understanding that for totalitarian regimes any impunity is a drug, and any manifestation of weakness – new temptation for escalation. But mainly because of fear of Russian WMD-blackmail/imperialism.

    Confirming Russian logic/strategy “WMD-Might make Right/True.”

It’s time for the West to just honestly admit it: yes, because WMD-blackmail even 35% of World’s economy and 55% of World’s military spending cannot give to democratic European country, victim of ethnocide, that defend itself from 20-21th centuries main authoritarian and totalitarian regime sponsor, even 1% of NATO weapon stocks ([www.statista.com/statistics/1293174/nato-russia-military-comparison/](http://www.statista.com/statistics/1293174/nato-russia-military-comparison/)).

Yes, it’s not a coincidence that West start supply offensive weapons only after Russian mobilization and creation of 3-level defensive lines.

Yes, it’s not a coincidence that West start Ukraine counteroffensive not only without any modern aviation, middle-range air defense, ATACMS, 31/6,100 M1 Abrams tanks, 0/1070 M1064 mortar carrier and so on (only USA have 13,750 M2/M3 Bradley/M7 BFIST/Stryker/M1117/M1200 and ~550,000 24-150 km glide bombs that potentially could be lunched even from T-38 Talon/F-5 trainer). But even with anti-mining resources ([washingtonpost.com/world/2023/07/15/ukraine-war-russia-mines-counteroffensive/](http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2023/07/15/ukraine-war-russia-mines-counteroffensive/)) and HMMWV shortages.

Yes, it’s not a coincidence that to resist the second army of the World (by weapon stocks) USA, per year, spent only 33% of what it spent on Afghanistan (for 2 years – ~3% of overall Afghanistan spendings). And Russia, guarantor of Budapest Memorandum, still dictate its policy in UN, organization that should be guarantor of Budapest Memorandum fulfillment.

All of this because WMD-blackmail is so much good political/geopolitical instrument.

Because West, just as others WMD-countries that received from Ukrainian war so much benefits (India, China, North Korea, soon nuclear Iran), agrees with Russia that “WMD-Might make Right/True.”

“In 1994 year USA, Britain, the West overall as main beneficiary, exchanged Ukraine main security factor, WMD, for promises of adequate substitute. Then (from 2014 year), when Ukrainians begin dying in droves (with complete destruction of 50-450,000 cities and real Nazi-like reeducation camps for Ukrainian children) having all economic and technological possibilities to provide such substitute, they don’t provided it (but de-escalate/stabilized situation for less overall risks and inflation/political ratings). Mainly because of Russian WMD – gadgets that can be created even by 3,5 million Jews with 1960s technologies.” This is real Budapest Memorandum history as it will be remembered by mankind.

  3. They also said nato wouldn’t expand eastwards though, all sides they are all liars.

  4. the failure of this “memo” to secure Ukraine’s security

assures future non-proliferation deals will be impossible with only a memo

  5. The [actual text](https://policymemos.hks.harvard.edu/links/ukraine-budapest-memorandum-1994) of the Budapest memorandum is much more constrained than its been widely represented:

    >4. The United States of America, the Russian Federation, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and
Northern Ireland, reaffirm their commitment to seek
immediate United Nations Security Council action to
provide assistance to Ukraine, as a non-nuclear-weapon
State Party to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of
Nuclear Weapons, if Ukraine should become a victim
of an act of aggression or an object of a threat of aggression in which nuclear weapons are used.

Were there additional verbal commitments made? I don’t know. The major concern for the US and UK at the time had little to do with Russian aggression against Ukraine, but instead that Soviet era nukes would be traded with the rest of arms flowing from Ukrainian depots to developing world governments and insurgencies.

  6. Apparently besides Russia, Britain and the United states didnt live up to their end of the bargain.. Ukraine should have keep their nuclear weapons…

  7. If Ukraine now had almost forty years old nukes. Nukes need maintenance and upgrades. Ukraine had no money for this. I don’t know if they could still use them to hit or threaten to hit moscow. I would like to see moscow to turn into nuclear ashes, but just doing a reality check.

  8. Yes they did and No they didn’t…SHAME on you dirty bastards!!

(Obviously all of those except Ukraine.)

  9. Is that a young Peskov over in the corner trying to fuck around with the Ukrainian flag?! If so than…Suka!

  10. Friendly reminder that those security guarantees were to not attack Ukraine, it wasn’t an agreement for the US or UK to defend Ukraine with boots on the ground if they were attacked.

  11. If Putin’s war has made one lesson very clear for the rest of the world, it’s this:

Never, and I mean never, give up your nukes.

Corrolary: if you don’t have nukes, do whatever you need to do in order to obtain them.
