  1. I can’t help thinking that if a car has one additional infrared camera, that would prevent a lot of accidents at night. Let it learn to drive with superhuman vision instead of just our crappy RGB sensing.

    Hrm… Actually, the last thing I almost hit on the highway was an alligator. I’m guessing that cold-blooded bastard wouldn’t show up on thermal, but still… It would be useful.
