The Swisscom owned E-Mail provider Bluewin is having issues with forwarding certain E-Mails to your inbox due to their internal filter system.
The consumer magazine Ktipp already made a [short story about this issue](https://www.ktipp.ch/artikel/artikeldetail/die-swisscom-leitet-nicht-alle-e-mails-weiter) (German, Paywall).
I was personally affected by not recieving login codes via E-Mail for an online service, essentially locking me out.
I tried contacting Swisscom support multiple times, but they always brushed off the issue, blaming either my alleged use of an E-Mail client (even tho I was directly signed into their proprietary webmail solution) or the sender of the E-Mail.
However, I was able to disprove all these issues by logging into the same online service using a different account that is bound to Gmail. Everything worked flawlessly. Even with this information, Bluewin was unwilling to assist.

I therefore highly discourage people from using Bluewin. The fact that the biggest ISP in Switzerland is not able to reliably deliver E-Mails and is refusing to fix the issue is an absolute disgrace and a spit in the face of customers paying for Swisscom’s very costly products.

Thanks for the heads up.
It’s really annoying because it locks you into their system since you can’t forward mail. It’s the same for protonmail. There, forwarding is only possible for paid users…
