Two rail lines proposed in All-Island Rail Review could be in line for European funding boost by qwerty_1965 Tags:ireland 8 comments Great news Subheading from article for TL:DR > The two rail lines are Claremorris to Athenry and Waterford to Rosslare Europort The two lines are possibly eligible for TEN-T funding, but even then funding is not guaranteed it needs to be applied for. Why would people outside of Dublin need trains ? They should have a monorail around Ireland. Lots of rail lines “proposed” or “could” be funded. Hopefully Can’t wait for the pre report commission and then the report into the commissions report . That’s a good start, now we just need the other 80% of the network, and we’ll be golden.
