Oh look, I’ve never seen this map before 
Fun map showing Luxembourg, but the metric is skewed, there is no way on Earth we outcoffee the Nordics… This is calculated on sale not consumption. Luxembourg is a low-tax-on-coffee place so like petrol, and cigarettes, the coffee bought here is not all consumed here (a large part of our 25.1kg are actually consumed in Germany).
It could be that these are gas station purchases done by foreigners that stop by to buy cigarettes and gas.
