People like this make me physically sick. This should result in jail time, even if for just a few days.

Why are swans protected? I’m not saying they deserve to be throttled but their numbers aren’t low, they have no predator and aren’t hunted.
What must have been going through his drink addled mind to consider this was a good idea? Was he trying to take it home?

Now I’m not saying they deserve to be throttled, and this guy is an absolute dick, but how are we being told there are not enough police to deal with car thefts etc, yet this is resolved.
Last week some guy ran over geese and the police went to his place of work to find goose feathers in his hood. When my car was stolen they had no time to investigate just told here is your crime number go away.
Apparently I need to be saying the assailant has something against birds with long necks!
