  1. Maybe the world will take America seriously once it extradites its officers and soldiers to the international tribunal to be tried for war crimes. Otherwise this one-sided cringeworthy posturing is just a manifestation of “one man’s butcher is another man’s hero”.

Justice for me, but not for thee. Cue the downvotes. America good, Russia bad.

  2. ITT: A bunch of butthurt Russians angry they’re losing the war and using whataboutism to prove their guys use of torture is ok.

  3. That’s rich coming from the ones that has committed most war crimes in history.

Why does not the US recognize the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court (ICC)?… You know the answer.

  4. If any country knows about committing war crimes it’s the United States

  5. If Trump was president we’d be assisting Russia right now

  6. I’m shocked the American in Ukraine wasn’t killed. Kidnapped from his home, stripped naked and beaten by four soldiers and given mock executions but then released alive and well enough to flee Ukraine with his wife is horrific but very fortunate for him. Plenty of Americans who have traveled to Ukraine during the war to help family, friends or just enter the fight against Russia have been killed over there.

  7. How can the USA which has the American Service-Members’ Protection Act be taken seriously here? The US military, the most powerful in the world, does not lead by example. If international law is to work then all nations no matter their power must be beholden to it.

  8. Oof the irony of this being done while we back a full on genocide.
