Imagine if Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia were ‘liberated’ in the 1960s and had free elections? We’d all just vote for nationalists that lost WW2 and were living somewhere in S. America. Democracy may be popular there in some 15 years when the generation shift happens but until then no way
