never seen this ventilation before in my coutnry can we block this with plastic and tapes because so much cold winds in the room becasue of it

3. it’s taking air out not pushing in, probably the cold air is coming in from somewhere else. it’s a simply gravity ventilation. if it’s pushing air in than something is wrong and I would report it to the building manager.

5. i dont think its allowed to cover these up.

   i have those and they even come once a year or so to check if they have good airflow or not

6. Air blowing in through that might be a safety hazard, that should only pull air out. Please notify the property owner.
