Rule of law is the basis of the Finnish state. Some Russian war criminal should not make us lose or weaken that foundation.
I feel it is a non-issue that he and his henchmen can not supply him, but at least he should be able to spend the five euro allowance they give him while in prison. But anyway, he is in a Finnish prison, so things are quite ok, it is not like he has no soap or something.
