Good ideas – until local residents oppose any increases in noise etc
Cycling through the borough would be a heck of a lot safer all day if they fixed the potholes but particularly at night

I’d warn my fellow night owls not to hold out too much hope for this, while the fact that it’s even been produced might represent a tiny step in the right direction it’s still an extremely vague document and of course totally toothless when it comes to licensing decisions. Unfortunately I’d expect post 11pm activity in Wandsworth and other boroughs to continue to be heavily restricted (relative to inner-city districts in other cities) for the foreseeable future.
They offered every suggestion for making it safer at night except for more police on patrol.
