Possibly the last couple of games. But either side, there is no way to say at this stage
Very unlikely. A ruptured ACL is a 6 month injury at best.
Joel Matip’s ACL injury will have the media writing off his season and even his Liverpool career.
But there’s a question which should be being asked. Does he actually need surgery?
Amateur athletes around the world are increasingly returning to sport by rehab alone and many elite professionals have done so successfully too.
The major benefit being reduced timelines, with many athletes back in action after 3-4 months.
Remember Alou Diarra? He returned to first time action for West Ham 4 months after an ACL rupture and, to our knowledge, never had surgery.
Call Aaron Rodgers
No tbh.
Almost impossible for a player in his age. Longer recovery period is needed, if he still want to be a professional football player. It’s not a good decision to come back this season and really hope he can come back with 100% status.
