A bit late to the comment but NYer here, that’s the roof of Timeout Market! Bunch of restaurants and event space in there along with a rooftop bar. Not sure if they’re sticking around there but hope that helps, maybe you can look at their site to see if they list events.

They’ll be in the Puma store tomorrow from 5-7pm with Shaun wright Phillips

They were at an NYCFC STH event that I attended last night.
I thought they were headed to DC first, then NYC. I signed up for the email notifications for dates and places but never received any.
