Ukraine has no chance of regaining territory from Russia. Not going to happen.
A peace deal with Russia will have to take place in the next year.
The West cannot keep up with Putin on a war footing, armament production and the amount of people he can expend.

If you’re a Republican who supports Ukraine, vote in the primaries for a candidate who will help it.
Trump is playing to his voter base – they think that if they stop funding Ukraine somehow the border will be secure, gas price will go to $1, and everyone will be richer. Similar thing is done by the Remain campaign during Brexit – they said the money for EU will be used for NHS – which didn’t happen.
Destroying Russia by giving Ukraine arms and ammunition is very cost effective. The side effects of lowered demand for Russian arms because how bad they are is also a boon to US manufacturing.
