On Thursday Dec 7th, late evening my friend took two ubers one from South London/ London Bridge to St’s Pancrasss, then from St’s Pancrass to St Albans. She lost her purse (see pic) with two passports Spanish and English. Name on Sandra Tortajada.

I doubt this is going to happen. Hope she has insurance!
Have you tried contacting uber support? Usually they are very good at finding lost items as they can also trace the next passengers.
