To that I would add, that the world can’t simply become tired of that because the next step after Ukraine will be any other NATO country (Lithuania?, Finnland?), therefore the conflict will not stop at Kiev.

But, I imagine, most people do not realise that because they are simply dumb and think that ruZZians will stop in Ukraine.

So, if Ukraine is abandoned, the west will wake up in a nightmare.
Donald Trump let the Kurds die, he will do the same for the Ukrainians. I thought Americans were better than that.
The grim reality is, if Ukraine losses (alot) of ground, due to missing help,
the West might stop providing help at, because the danger of weapons proliferation(or straight falling into russian hands) should the country collapse and develop a sinking ship mentallity. The West/Ukraine would lose everything – or the west will have to actively step in this war.
Therefor the most sound strategy the West could rationally have, is to provide everything to minimize that real possiblity.
Given the Fact that Ukraine is fighting this war for 10years now, this reality is not small. Nor does the russian driven narrative, that supplying weapons prolong this war for a significant amount, make much sense.
People would just have died for nothing if we dont start providing significant help soon.
