I’m overjoyed that a hotel chain like Premier Inn started opening new hotels in Dublin to disrupt the gouged market. €80/€61 a night is a bargain.

  1. I wonder how much heavy lifting “from” is doing in that ad, but if it’s accurate then hopefully it’ll shake things up a bit.

  2. Colleagues of mine stayed there on Thursday and paid around €60. They said it was grand.

  3. They’re not here to disrupt anything, they’re here to gouge too, why would they ever chargeess than they can get away with?

  4. Hopefully it creates competition and drives prices down. I had to book a room 6 months ago in Dublin for a wedding; a mediocre room for €250 🫠

  5. Brilliant news. I’ve actually got mates coming over from from the UK in the new year- I’ll pass this on.

  6. Nice to see not everyone is taking Liberties 🥁

  7. There’s already Holiday Inn Express in the city centre and I remember it charging €350 for a night.

  8. Stayed in the premier inn by the airport last week the night before my flight. 72 euro. Couldnt believe it when I saw it.
Room was clean, modern and comfy.

  9. I looked at this hotel for a Thursday in June recently and it was €171-€180 for a standard room with no extras. I’m paying less for the Premier Inns in London.

  10. im a fan, depending on location they charge with what they can get away with too.
the price will go up once they have enough bookings.

  11. Great for those who need hotel rooms, but how long before there use case changes and they become “temporary” accommodation for homeless

  12. I’ve always stayed in premier inns in the uk … I’ve always had a great sleep. Great hotels and reasonable price

  13. isn’t it always cheap around this time of year? there’s not many international tourists. lets see the prices for next July
