But I don’t remember what the merchant says and google translation are so awful. Can someone tell me precisely from which fish is it from? I guess salmon or trout based on the color. Also, It looks a good one, based on the award 🙂 “Sik” translates to “whitefish” which is a freshwater relative of salmon. Whitefish is well known in canada and the US.
