I find myself in a situation where I believe that my rights under the right to be forgotten are being violated, and could use some advice.

I recently discovered that EA Games did not comply with my request to delete my personal data, which constitutes a direct violation of the rights of EU citizens. I have already expressed my concerns to them and expressed my confidence that a judge will not overlook this matter. [https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/Requesting-my-data-and-then-requesting-my-right-to-be-forgotten/m-p/13297560#M43792](https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/Requesting-my-data-and-then-requesting-my-right-to-be-forgotten/m-p/13297560#M43792)

Furthermore, I have emphasized the importance of the right to be forgotten, which mandates the deletion of personal data upon request. Despite the last chance I gave them, my concerns seem to be ignored.

I am reaching out to the Reddit community to seek advice on the best course of action. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Are there legal experts who can shed light on what steps I should take next?

Your insights and suggestions would be very helpful.

  1. You can contact the state data protection officer, and btw the whole thing with writing this on a public forum is nonsense and no way to request data deletion or send an official notice that the request hasn’t been fulfilled:
