But they’ll still throw out all the waste food instead of giving it to homeless people
But they stressed in both posts I seen, that he wasn’t a McDonald’s employee. So how can they sack someone who isn’t employed by them?
> “We would like to wholeheartedly apologise to the gentleman in the video and will work with the council to locate him and make amends, as part of our continued support for homelessness charities and organisations across London.”
Translation: We’ll buy him a new sleeping bag, and throw in a hat, if he agrees to fuck off to somewhere else.
Since when do security guards do janitorial work? This was 100% done with malicious intent. He should be more than sacked. How about charged.
The way the homeless are treated by some is absolutely disgusting. Why do some people love to kick others whilst they’re down? Just depressing. Nice to see other people stick up for the homeless man though.
Goes home and tells his family “I have been sacked.”
“Why?!”
“I mopped. For some reason, I mopped.”
Everyone wants to help the homeless until they’re on your doorstep, then suddenly getting them gone is all you really want.
The security was a contracted company and the guard was splashing water over the homeless person and their sleeping bag he was just being a tnic.
