The European tree frog exists in much of Europe but in Sweden it is only found in southernmost Scania.
Never seen these before. If you had them in Vårgårda you should try to search in Vårgårda and other towns in Vårgårdas municipality.

Not sure regarding this particular playground but I think a lot of old playgrounds have been modernized so it might be hard to find.
These were common in playgrounds in Scania in the 00’s
Haven’t seen any in years though
