Hi all,
I booked a Deutschland ticket on 10th of last month. I received an email confirmation with both the order number and the subscription number. The amount had also been debited from my account. However, I’ve not been able to find the ticket on the DB App (when I try to add, it says subscription is already linked to an account.
I’ve written several emails and even gone directly to help desks but to no avail. Can someone please help me with this?
