Habba said it was her recommendation for him to get back on the stand. So either she lied or Trump only takes the legal advice he wants to hear …. Kinda like Jan 6th

Tbf there’s nothing he can say on the stand to help his case at this point. He was already found guilty and when he took the stand last time he ranted and the judge had to scold him multiple times. Unless he goes on the stand and apologizes about his previous actions and cooperates fully, he can’t make anything better.
