  1. Government is start to annoy the libertarian tech bro’s companies lately. Its not just X posting about it on twitter either. Interesting to see where it goes.

  2. Musk is going to be taking special interest in us in the future when he tries to get more involved with influencing our country’s politics with the likes of filling McGregor’s head full of presidential shite and engaging more with our local Nazis like Keith Woods.

  3. Interesting how he does this after posting that flimsy excuse for a DSA transparency report, wonder how open X will be in the next one about their number of moderators and time to resolve reports.

I met a couple of people from that contracted company at a Trust & Safety event earlier this year in Dublin, they were sound and knowledgeable people who cared about the work they were *trying* to do.

  4. Sinn Fein policy for 2025 might include banning X but that won’t be required as it’ll be about as relevant as Bebo by then. It’s advertising is already as threadbare as that of GB News.

  5. It’s corporate oligarchy like this that is the biggest threat to democracy. Not “the far right”.

  6. i applied for a job with this exact team around autumn 2020. i had been made redundant cos of the pandemic and really needed something. i remember being pissed that i didn’t get it but ever since i have been so happy to have not ended up there especially after musk’s takeover.

i know a girl on that team and hope she’ll land on her feet. gutted for them all the same.
