  1. I know that we are still having that whole budget fight in the U.S. (thank god my rep and Senator are at the forefront of getting more aid and supplies in).

I bumped up my contributions to u/serhiiiam in the meantime this month as part of my XMas budget. I hope this gets the necessary supplies and stuff, I feel that gets supplies to the frontline the fastest.

  2. Ukrainian is the best military in the world 🙏 these guys need the best weapons they can get.

  3. Is Russia finally running out of Artilery because those numbers are very low from a few weeks back. Maybe they are just not using it much because all they have is shitty NK ammo so Ukraine is not able to counter battery it. I would hate to be a Russian gunner knowing the shell I was firing might not even get close to where i was aiming while knowing that Ukraine was Zeroing in on my location every time I fired.

  4. russia’s male population, aged 18-65, is roughly 29 million people. So, what do the numbers tell us?:

Just under 5% of the above-mentioned age group is or is to be mobilized.

Almost 340 thousand dead is about 1.2% of the working, and arguably, productive male population gone.

The country has an abysmal 1.42 fertility rate; you need 2.1 to increase the population. However, how much immigration offsets this I can’t say. But what’s sure is that the population demographic of russia won’t be pretty in a decade’s time.

All this and I haven’t even mentioned the huge exodus of people from russia.
You can’t really calculate brain drain but the smart and wealthy that can are and have left russia in droves.

But anyway, this is getting to long. Here’s your answer: russia is fucked. regardless of the outcome of the war it will still be royaly fucked.

  5. Sunday orc numbers seems to be trending upwards for some reason. Good, whatever the reason….

  6. Stay safe while picking them apart. ![img](emote|t5_2qqcn|9000)

  7. Would love to see another assessment of tank availability. I recall hearing Kaliningrad was being pilfered, the Finnish border massively depleted and presumably there’s been redeployment from Transnistria, the far east and garrisons too. At some point they can’t keep shuffling deck chairs on their Titanic invasion. On the way there’s got to be some dilemmas about where they send them and what they leave undefended.

  8. How do the artilitary numbers translate to what people are experiencing on the ground? There’s usually some bombardments before a meat wave – with all these losses are Ukranians experiencing less artilitary these days?
