Extra information is always good but the only people that are going to log their place are people with an axe to grind, and the fact that this is self reported takes a lot of credibility away from it as a reliable source.
I looked at Galway, a RPZ and there are over 200 properties that breach the 2% limit. I’d very much doubt the accuracy of that information.
Fantastic idea, we should also start something similar for derelict properties. Shame the Government into actually putting incentives in place to get these released back onto the market.
Someone with bad intentions will put a load of obviously bad data in at some stage to poison it as a reputable source.
