It’s my husband applying for the citizenship, with his German passport we can go living in another country (intra-company transfer).
He submitted all the documents to Darmstadt on Nov. 15 2022.
13 months past and NOTHING happened, he seems not in a hurry as he has a stable work here. I am not though, I am unemployed (tried for a very long time, master study language study shitty job etc. tried everything, gave up already. Only want to leave asap)
He is very calm about the situation and believe they would start 14 months after the submission of documents. Every time I brought up this conversation, he would become very defensive:’there is nothing I can do / it is not 14 months yet’
I persuaded him to get lawyer but he doesn’t believe this would help: ‘They are only scammers trying to get money from desperate people like you.’
