From Belgian residents, we are looking for all kinds of advice and info about cultural events;
Info for the less-well-known museums, ones that are off-the-beaten track, also Art Nouveau / Jugendstil architecture, plus contemporary design and maybe a bit of fashion…
*Advance* news of art exhibitions, esp’ the famous painters / artists from here – but nearby too, if exceptional (for example we missed the [Vivian Maier exh’ in Paris](https://museeduluxembourg.fr/en/agenda/evenement/vivian-maier), hence this request).
Any recommended links would be great to know of as well, more / too many is good!
On google, [here’s the area](https://goo.gl/maps/G8T4mn3GzU9XL8Pg8) (about 100km radius from Goes, NL) that we very much like.
We’re new to the area, living in Antwerp (she, only recently) and Rotterdam (he, since 2016).
The area of the BE-NL Delta / Rijn-Maas-Scheldedelta, to English speakers, seems to have various names – we’d be grateful to know the Belgians’ preferred term for the particular area on the G-map that *includes* Rotterdam/Delft.
We have *some* familiarity, for instance…
* We know Bruges is now, sadly, super touristy
* We know Ghent has terrific brand new cycling infra, and is a university town
* We know some of the Dutch parts reasonably well now (Delft, Schiedam, Rotterdam especially).
We searched the Antwerp Reddit but, we hope posting the Q here will reach a wider audience, and be better than asking on the individual cities redds.
Thanks in advance!

The [Use It maps were great](https://www.behance.net/gallery/79586981/USE-IT-map-of-Antwerp), unfortunately they don’t keep them up to date
Terrific brand new cycling infrastructure in Ghent? Where then? You can say a lot of good things about Ghent, but not when it comes to bicycles…
You could try and get to the Corso in Zundert 4-5 september 2022. It’s exactly in the middle between Antwerp and Rotterdam.
