I checked Mieterverband and they said my rent increase is a little higher than allowed (8% rather than 6%). I emailed my rental agency asking the reason for the extra increase and he sent me the attached reply. I have no idea what that means. Should I still contest it and send the documents to the arbitration office?
Pls help me i dont even speak German and moved less than a year ago.
