Holy balls… Good thing the keystone XL pipeline was shut down.
Where are the politicians and airport regulators who can step up and secure a more environmentally friendly solution to the problem at hand?
I don’t know how but I’m sure the taxpayers are somehow footing the bill
Capitalism always finds the most efficient solutions.
Very eco friendly almost like shutting down nuclear power plants.
good thing i payed extra 1€ to reduce carbon footprint
Very eco friendly
Let’s be clear on one thing or two…
The airplanes didn’t “flew themselves”… Rotation at destination airports wasn’t done with “ghosts”…
Crews had to fly these flights. Ground crews had to “miss” the passengers, the luggages, required fuel was less than normally for the route. People run numbers, log flights, movements, etc…
No one exposed this earlier? What are people doing by keeping a silence?
Yes keep riding bikes and sitting in the dark. Serfs.
“empty,” probably full of cargo at insane rates.
I didnt read the article, but during 2020, this wasnt the case, regulation/slots were frozen. This happened recently. I think even Ryanair was lobbying the most about this. Because legacy carriers had slots on their domestic ports, and Ryanair wants a piece of that. Some slots are very expensive to get.
