Heathrow Airport warns return to normal travel years away Tags:United Kingdom 5 comments The heck does an airport boss know about epidemics Good. So much pollution less. From the airlines. Shame that it will replaced by another source. Shipping industries? Charcoal plants? If it was after me, we’d never go back to the ‘old normal’ and tried to make air travel something rare and special again. CO2 emissions from aviation [are going up](https://twitter.com/jeffstone500/status/1478784638357286912/photo/1). A drop in air travel can only be a good thing for the planet. Normal travel for passengers maybe, but cargo from Heathrow is booming and has been for a while, since all those “emissions” consious consumers spend more and more on Chinese plastic things, while working from home.
