Probably a silly question but these markings line the road at some traffic lights on my commute to work just before a yellow box junction. They are repeated like the above across 3 lanes and have never been sure what they are.. if they are actual markings or some weird symmetrical patch job.
For context they appear the traffic light waiting side and immediately after the lights is the box junction.
I can’t seem to find anything online about them so mostly asking incase I make the mistake of having my car on them when I shouldn’t.
