In planning my scenic train ride from Bergen to Oslo, I’ve been warned by the ‘Norway in a Nutshell’ website that there will be a terribly long layover in Myrdal ([screenshot attached](https://imgur.com/a/60eCeAc)).

While this problem is avoidable if I go the other way around (i.e. Oslo-Bergen), this would complicate my other plans in Norway.

Is there any way around the “Myrdal” problem that would allow me to keep the Bergen->Oslo route?

Thank you very much for your advice 🙂
