Personally I hope he gets dealt with in prison or given a particularly rough taste of what he likes doing so much. He’s an animal.

Average is 4-10. There are adult multiple rapists who get around 14.
Not saying he didn’t deserve more, just that the judge didn’t go easy. Within the sentencing guidelines for a juvenile offender, I’d say he got the higher end. There are cases of 15 year old rapists not even getting a custodial.
