Hi, I’m American and don’t speak much Estonian. I’m looking for a hairstylist that:
– is in Tallinn
– can give a haircut and style that isn’t too pricey
– can work with 2a-2b hair and speaks English 🙂
If anyone knows someone who knows how to do a butterfly haircut (curtain bangs with layers), I would greatly appreciate it :). I included inspiration pictures.

it’s a bit of a gamble.
A hairstylist who speaks Estonian is also sufficient for me, I can bring along an Estonian friend !!
