First try at Pierogi by a Californian. Filling is Yellow Potato, Gouda, Hard Cheddar and Cubed Kielbasa. I fell in love with the food years ago living in Denver where it was quite popular but there are none in my hometown so I had to bring it back and show it off. I appreciate ya’lls culture so much.
