    I understand the critique of GWP, but the important conclusion is the reduction of fossil fuel production and other sources of GHGs.

    Methane also decomposes into carbon dioxide (the GHG) and water vapor (also GHG), so it doesn’t become somehow harmless after 2 decades.

    Methane is a low-hanging fruit. But all that can be done should be done.

  2. Don’t let the oil psychos claim carbon credits for methane abatement, while continuing to extract and burn fossil fuels. That’s the message.
