2. I’ve had so many problems with my flat as well but we are past the 10 year insurance date. So much shoddy building its unbelievable

3. It’s sad that I’d near enough kill to live in a crumbling building

4. How does this even happen in a first world country, are there no building standards and inspections for new builds?
