But don’t liverpool fans have history of this? I agree a request to ‘act responsibly’ makes complete sense for a first offense. But the PL should be thinking of more serious actions (fines, reduced capacity etc) for repeated instances. We need to make sure this doesn’t become a tactic for big games.

The Daily Mail need to be reminded to act responsibly.
Wish the PL would act responsibly: refs are shite but saying they are shite gets you a ban, Everton docked points far too late, Chelsea and City charges taking forever (even though Chelsea want to get it sorted ASAP), piss around with kick offs and give zero regard for match day fans (COVID taught them nothing) and let all sorts of rotten people buy football clubs PIF, Roman etc.
