How much of that exceeded due to inflation and prices rising since 2020?
I was told by several this holiday season was dead. It’s almost like personal experience of boomers isn’t a good gauge of the entirety of the economy.
A self-reported survey says more people are shopping online these days. By 2% over 2020!
Too bad we won’t know how much they’re spending online (and in store) for a couple more weeks.
Fed Ex is down though after demand was reported down, which is refreshing since Comcast has been up all year and they’re down 2 million subscribers
18% of respondents said they were planning on spending more this year. I can’t find the actual survey but that would appear to mean 82% of respondents planned on spending *the same or less* (presumably than last year).
