It is not only possible, but it’s correct to say that the tories are at fault for the state of the UK and the money that Scotland have to spend, and that the SNP are at fault for how it’s spent and their part of raising it.
People need to stop looking for simple black and white answers and pantomime villans.
I find it funny that so many people dont get this. Westminster government have control of 100% of the UK GDP which the then split between the nations and Westminster is 100% to blame for the state of the UK and all money earned which has dropped massively is at their feet for running country like a game of Monopoly.
Labour are in charge in Wales and the SNP are in charge in Scotland, both ruling parties obviously blame the Tories, labour want to run Scotland so blame the SNP. Seems fairly obvious.
